Attending via Zoom:

Zoom meetings are like virtual conference rooms, and each meeting has a unique link and ID number. To join the Welcome/Keynote panel in the Atrium and then participate in the Breakout Sessions held in different classrooms, you will need to join and exit each Zoom meeting as you would a physical room.

New this year: Every attendee (including presenters) will be asked to fill out a brief registration form prior to joining each Zoom meeting.

Not sure how to register? Or never used Zoom before? See the five step How-To Guide at the bottom of this page.

Interacting via Zoom

To minimize issues with background noise, anyone joining via Zoom will automatically be muted. You will be able to hear everything, but to engage in the discussion, click on the ‘Chat’ button at the bottom of the Zoom window and type in your question or comment. Throughout the Breakout Session presentations, there will be an NLU staff member moderating the chat window and will share messages in the Chat with the group
