If there were an emergency, this website would be updated frequently with instructions and information about the incident, campus services and resources available to the NLU community.
In an emergency that requires immediate help from police, fire fighters or medical technicians, call 911. Each campus has phones located in the public areas of each campus. These phones can be used to reach 911 or to call campus security to report an emergency, crime or suspicious activity. The emergency number to reach security on your campus is posted by each phone.
ON-CAMPUS ALERTING: Each classroom is equipped with a phone that will alert students and faculty to emergencies on campus.
All members of the NLU community should take steps to ensure their own safety and the safety of others in an emergency. Know your role in an emergency and update your contact information with the university.
Emergency Prevention and Preparedness
If you notice any issues, incidents or violations of policy on campus, you should report them immediately through the University's LET US KNOW webpage.
