McCormick Center Presents at NAEYC Conference
Donna Jacobson, MSW, Executive Director, Jill Bella, Ed.D., Director of Professional Learning, and Marie Masterson, Ph.D.,Director of Quality Assessments (IDHS and ISBE) at the McCormick Center for Early Childhood Leadership are attending the National Association for the Education of Young Children’s (NAEYC) annual conference on November 20-23 in Nashville, TN.
While at the conference, Dr. Bella is presenting a session on November 20 titled Making the Most of Meetings: The Director’s Role as Facilitator and Dr. Masterson presents a session titled Activating Powerhouse Positive Guidance, Primetime Teaching, and Purposeful Play to Build the Strengths of Curious, Fabulous, Rambunctious Toddlers.
Dr. Bella and Dr. Masterson team up to present another session on November 21, titled Building on Whole Leadership: Strengthening and Enhancing Your Early Childhood Program. Based on their recently published book by the same title, this session will introduce an integrated and holistic way to revitalize the work of early childhood leaders.
