Teachers, administrators or school service professionals with a valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) can take National Louis University coursework to add a Bilingual Education Endorsement to their teaching license. These professionals may work in the area of bilingual education in Illinois with this education endorsement. NLU’s courses meet the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) standards for endorsement in Bilingual Education.
