Biography:
I have been teaching as an adj. professor in the College of Professional Studies and Advancement (CPSA) at National Louis University (NLU) in Chicago campus since 2013. Prior to working at NLU, I served as an adj. professor in Mathematics and Economics since 2003 at various institutions in Chicago, such as East-West University and City Colleges of Chicago.
In addition to teaching experience, I have worked as an academic advisor for four and half years at the community college level. I have solid understanding of how the offices run in Admissions, Advising, Registration, and International Students, as well as other offices on campus.
Most importantly, I have had the opportunity and experience to interact with my students not only inside the classroom, but also in the office. I know how to interact with diverse students from different backgrounds.
In 2015, I was selected by the student body of NLU in the CPSA to receive the distinguished teaching award. It is my great pleasure and honor to serve the community of NLU.
