Elizabeth, an NLU alum, is a professor of writing and communications in National Louis University’s B.A. in applied communications and M.S. in written communication programs. Elizabeth also serves as assistant chair of the NLU undergraduate college’s B.A. in applied communication program.

She is a subject matter expert in business writing and communications project management. Having worked in France and Germany as a business English instructor at companies, Elizabeth brings a multicultural and diverse industry awareness to her work at NLU.

Prior to her current career in higher education, she worked in the corporate world as a senior manager of marketing and communications in non-profit management and recruitment.

Elizabeth is currently a doctoral student in National Louis University’s Ed.D. program in higher education leadership.

Research and Interests:

Elizabeth’s interests include conflict management, program development, project management, publishing, and creative writing. She has published six books, including a business writing textbook, a children’s book, an oral history book, and works of creative fiction.

    NLU’s Chicago campus on South Michigan Avenue occupies five floors of the historic Peoples Gas Building.
