Dr. Gloria McDaniel-Hall serves as assistant professor at National Louis University in the Educational Leadership Program.  She also serves as a Director of School Quality with National Heritage Academies Charter Schools.  In this role, she oversees operations at elementary charter schools in southern Ohio.  She also served as a Director of School Leadership with AUSL in Chicago during the 2013-15 school years.  Her career in education has allowed her to experience many facets of leadership including serving as a school principal - leading academic and quality programs and initiatives.   

Gloria has extensive experience as an elementary teacher, school administrator and district-level administrator.  The majority of her experiences have been within urban schools and districts.  She has taught virtually all elementary grades and subjects as well as high school and college-level courses.  She began her teaching career with Chicago Public Schools and then began teaching within charter schools in Chicago in 1997.  In Chicago, she worked within the Chicago International Charter School system of schools as a teacher, math department chair, school principal and Director of Academic Programs.
