Vlad Dolgopolov

I serve as an Associate Dean of the College of Professional Studies and Advancement (CPSA) at National Louis University, with responsibility for academic program portfolio, new program development, academic policy, and accreditation at the College.  Prior to joining NLU in 2014, I have served as Vice President of Academic Affairs at Antonelli College, a two-year college system with campuses and programs in Ohio, Mississippi, and online (2011-2014); and as a Vice President, Institutional Assessment and Planning at Empire Education Corporation, holding company of Mildred Elley School (two-year college group with campuses in New York and Massachusetts) (2004-2011).  I have taught undergraduate and graduate courses in economics, management, nonprofit management, higher education administration, statistics, and quantitative/qualitative research methods at several institutions of higher education, including Southern New Hampshire University, American Public University System, Clark University, Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, and University of Indianapolis Athens.

My research interests intersect the fields of health care economics, public sector economics, and higher education.  Recent publications include:

    NLU’s Chicago campus on South Michigan Avenue occupies five floors of the historic Peoples Gas Building.
