National Louis University's Bachelor of Science in Computer Sciences and Information Systems is designed for students interested in how computer science and technology work, and how they can transform the workplace. NLU's Bachelor of Science in Computer Sciences and Information Systems combines theory and practical application of computer science and information systems to real-world scenarios in cutting-edge computer lab spaces. Computer sciences and information systems support multiple levels of a business through access, analytics, and synthesis of information, therefore empowering management to make strategic decisions.

You will complete your study with a blend of online and face-to-face instruction, benefitting from the convenience of online instruction with the qualitative attention and interaction of face-to-face classroom learning.

The Bachelor of Science in Computer Sciences and Information Systems is 180 quarter hours in length. All Computer Sciences and Information Systems majors must successfully complete at least 60 quarter hours of general education courses including the minimum distribution requirements listed here. In addition to college courses, students may complete general education requirements through Credit by Portfolio, Credit by Examination (CLEP or DANTES) or Credit by Proficiency.
