Our performance evaluation review process is designed to provide you with a formative assessment relative to the progress on your annual goals. Through this process, in collaboration with your supervisors, you will develop meaningful goals that support your growth and development as a faculty member and a professional in your field of practice. The summative component of the evaluation is used as one of the factors for determining merit increases and aligns with the University’s Compensation Philosophy.
Review Dates: Faculty performance reviews will again be held this year during the months of April and May.
Flexible Scheduling: The scheduling of your review meeting will be handled directly with your reviewer.
