All students may submit an online registration form to advising. Upon receipt, the advisor will verify eligibility for registration and process the registration. Students will receive an email confirmation of registration.
Continuing graduate students are eligible to self register.
- You may register for a class through your portal account at MY.NL.EDU. After logging in, select the "My Services" tab, select the NLU Self-Service link mid-page, select the "Student" link, select the "Registration" link, and then select "Add or Drop Classes". Make sure to have the CRNs available for your courses, found in the online course schedule. If you would like a guide with the steps to register online, click here.
- Online registration ends the Sunday before the term begins. This includes the option to add or drop courses online. Changes to registration should be made using the Drop/Add form. This form is returned as indicated, to the Office of the Registrar.
- If your online selection of courses is not accepted, it is because one or more courses are full, their times overlap, or you are attempting to register for a heavier course load than is allowed without permission. Please contact us for further information or assistance.
