National Louis University awards degrees at the end of each academic term, with transcripts and diplomas reflecting one specific date per quarter. In order to be awarded a degree, you must submit a Diploma and Degree Finalization Request by the appropriate deadline (see below). If you do not complete your degree requirements by the date for which you have applied, you may submit another Degree and Diploma Finalization Request to change the degree date.
You must submit a Diploma and Degree Finalization Request regardless of whether you plan to participate in the commencement ceremony. You may register for a regional commencement ceremony as part of the online process and may only participate in commencement ceremonies if you are completing your degree.
