Biography:
Daniel S. Newman is an assistant professor in the school psychology program at National Louis University in Illinois. He received his Ph.D. in school psychology at the University of Maryland, College Park . Dr. Newman currently teaches and supervises courses in school consultation, clinical supervision, and a school psychology internship seminar. His research interests focus on school consultation training and supervision, and he has written several articles, book chapters, and presented locally and nationally on these topics. Dr. Newman is co-chair of the National Association of School Psychologists’ Early Career Workgroup, and Consultee-Centered Consultation interest group, as well as the Trainers of School Psychologists Consultation Training interest group. He is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist.
