The Benefits at NLU
National Louis University offers a comprehensive benefits program to its employees. Most benefits require full-time employment of 30 hours per week. Most plans are effective on the first of the month following an employee's first day, unless hired on the first of the month, in which case the employee's benefits would be effective on their date of hire. Many benefits are also available for spouses, domestic partners and dependents.
