Student Accounts Overview

The Office of Student Accounts is responsible for the billing of all tuition and fees, accepting payments, refunds as well as all special billing and payment adjustments.

All students are required to complete the NLU Promissory Note.  Students may choose the payment option that best meets their needs.  Students are notified through their NLU email account that their statement is available for viewing through the NLU Portal.  Students receive a monthly statement until their balance is paid.  They then receive one additional statement to advise them that the no longer have a balance.

If a student has a credit balance after their financial aid has been applied, NLU will automatically refund any excess funds.  A check is sent to their permanent address.
