Provost Scholarship

The Provost Scholarship is a merit-based award that is automatically given to eligible Chicago Undergraduate Day students.  The 2011 - 2012 academic year is the last year this scholarship will be awarded.

Initial merit-based criteria:

  • ACT score of 21 or
  • High School GPA of 3.00 or
  • Top half of their graduating class and
  • Student must take at least 12 hours per term
  • Primarily day time courses

Ongoing scholarship criteria:

  • Maintain at least a 3.00 GPA
  • Student must take at least 12 hours per term
  • Primarily day time courses

Other criteria:

  • Cannot transfer more than 15 hours from any other university or college
  • The scholarship can be awarded until the student has reached 180 quarter hours of combined transfer and institutional coursework
  • Award amount up to 30% of the tuition per term
  • Students must adhere to the Satisfactory Academic Policy of National Louis University
  • All NLU resources cannot exceed 30% of the tuition costs each term
