All of the coursework will be completed online. The Career Serendipity workshop consists of five, one-week learning modules and takes a time commitment of at least 3-4 hours per week to complete each learning module.

In the Career Serendipity workshop, the learning activities are varied so that you can enjoy the learning experience while maximizing your interaction with the instructor and other participants. The types of learning activities you will encounter on your journey include:
READ - Read an online page or an attached PDF Acrobat® file.
VIEW - View an attached set of narrated slides.
WATCH - Watch an attached movie clip.
DISCUSS - Discuss an idea or concept with the group using a threaded discussion.
DO - Complete an assignment related to the learning.
CHECK - Complete a survey or quiz to assess where you are on your career journey.
The Serendipity Journal
In each learning module, you will receive a Serendipity Journal that will include workshop content, key concepts, quizzes, self-assessments and activities. Your journal will support your learning along the way and can be saved and printed out to serve as a guide as you navigate your career path to success.
The Career Café
The Career Café is a private, online professional community for learning, sharing and making connections. The Career Café will enhance your learning experience by making it easy to get to know other participants and to maintain your connections with them both during and after the course.
