CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

All cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to Margaret Stemler at rrconf@nl.edu on or before December 20, 2011. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

If you are unable to attend after this date, substitutions will be accepted. Please contact Margaret Stemler to make these arrangements. Margaret.stemler@nl.edu or 847-905-8034.
