Attendees coming from outside Illinois:

YOUR RESERVATIONS MUST BE COMPLETED BY 5 P.M. ON FRIDAY, AUGUST 1, 2008.

Please make hotel and / or airline reservations directly by calling Beverly Kesselman at TravelPlus: 800.730.1010. NLU has reserved rooms at the two Club Quarters Hotels in Chicago (in the Loop at 111 W. Adams, and downtown at 75 E. Wacker Dr.).

If you complete your reservations by the August 1 deadline, NLU will cover your travel and up to 2 nights at the Club Quarters Hotel (Wednesday, September 3 and / or Thursday, September 4). For reservations completed after the deadline, NLU will cover costs up to the reservation rates for hotel and air, but you will need to cover any price increases out of pocket. Please check with your Department Head for details on travel reimbursement.
