Please make hotel and/or airline reservations directly by calling Beverly Kesselman at TravelPlus:  800.730.1010.  NLU has reserved rooms at the Club Quarter Hotels in Chicago at 111 W. Adams.

NLU will cover your travel and one night stay in NLU’s block of reserved rooms at the Club Quarters Hotel, 111 W. Adams, Chicago (4 blocks from the Chicago Campus). Any exceptions to the one night stay will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Also, for reservations completed after July 30, you will need to cover any price increases or adjustments out of pocket.  Since the plenary sessions do not begin until 2 pm on Wednesday, you can save a night of hotel expenses by traveling on Wednesday morning rather than on Tuesday.

Sign up for a shuttle bus to and from your campus to NLU’s Chicago Campus, which is directly across Michigan Av. from The Art Institute of Chicago by emailing Agnes Stepek at agnes.stepek@nl.edu. Limited seating available.
