What support is available for learning to use LiveText?

1. Please remember: Nothing substitutes for active use of the site.
   • Everyone is encouraged to familiarize themselves with the various features.
   • As with many software programs, individual practice is expected.
2. Once you have registered and logged onto the website, a Help button appears in the upper right corner of the screen.
   • The most recent User Guide on this page will provide you with more than 60 pages of detailed support
3. Once familiar with the product, additional requests for troubleshooting may be sent to livetext@nl.edu.
4. Many aspects of LiveText Support are available on this site. Directly below are Links to Important Documents.
5. Use the online Livetext Help Center.
