Biography
Tim Collins is associate professor of ESL and bilingual education at NLU in Chicago. A Fulbright Scholar, Collins is the author of more than 20 textbooks and multimedia publications for ESL, adult education and adult literacy. His research centers around using mobile phones for learning.Education
