Biography
Don Grady is executive director of academic outreach at National-Louis University, Chicago. He has had successive careers as a CPA / trusted business advisor, an executive in industry, and consultant in organizational transformation and training. He has an outstanding track record of accomplishments in creative organizational interventions that have energized associates, accelerated organizational growth and contributed to the stakeholder value of his clientele.In addition to his accounting and organizational behavior degrees and a concentration in Information Systems, Grady is certified as an executive coach, a master facilitator and a coach in Team Management Systems. His breadth of experience and education bring a unique perspective to business topics and issues. He has been a panel member and presenter at several noted conventions.
