Issue Resolution Requests
Though NLU prides itself on high quality service to our students, faculty, staff, and alumni, our policies and procedures can always be improved.
If you have a problem, complaint, or suggestion for improvement, just click the link below and send us some basic information. Be specific, and please tell us how we can improve our services (we're always looking for good ideas). Two senior NLU administrators will review this information and we promise to:
- Evaluate your issue and send it to the individual most likely to resolve it quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure that you're notified that the issue is under consideration, and then notified again when it is resolved.
- If appropriate, policies and procedures will be modified to decrease the chance of the issue reoccurring.
