At National-Louis University you may submit an application
on-line or by mail. Please submit your completed application,
with all supporting documents, at least 4-6 weeks prior to
the beginning of your program. Applications are now being
accepted for enrollment in Spring Quarter 2004, which begins
in April.
Completing
the Application Materials
The required application materials are:

Application for Admission - available
online (Select Application Type OL 1: On-Line Graduate
Programs, then choose Interdisciplinary Studies in C&I.)
2.
$40 non-refundable application fee.
3.
Official transcripts from all universities attended
4.
A list of three academic or professional references
5.
Written statement
6.
Miller Analogies Test score. To find out more about the
MAT exam and testing locations, please visit the MAT
Web site.

If you apply

please print the signature page at the end of the application
form.
