Step 1 - Download and print either the Illinois Admissions application (if you are an Illinois resident) or a Non-Illinois Admissions application (PDF format).

Step 2 - Select the appropriate Admissions Checklist for your program requirements.

Step 3 - Request that any required transcripts be sent directly to the NLU Office of Admissions at the address below.

Step 4 - Send your signed application, the $40 non-refundable application fee and any supporting documents to:
