If you have a problem or a complaint please complete the issue resolution form with a description of the issue. An NLU administrator will review this information and we promise to:
- Evaluate your issue and send it to the individual most likely to resolve it quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure that you're notified that the issue is under consideration, and then notified again when it is resolved.
- Review and evaluate our student services for continued improvement.
National Louis University is committed to respecting all members of our university community and providing a quality educational experience for all students. The objective of the Student Complaint Procedure is to ensure that the complaints of students are addressed fairly and are resolved promptly. Complaints related to this policy are usually the result of behavior that the student feels is unjust, inequitable, or creates an unnecessary hardship. If a student feels they have experienced such treatment, they are encouraged to contact the University Ombudsman to discuss their rights or initiate a complaint via the issue resolution form.
