    Bachelor of Science in Management (BSM)
    NLU has designed the BOMA/Chicago Bachelor of Science in Management program to leverage your training and management competencies in an accelerated format. NLU's BSM degree prepares students for the next step in their careers, giving them a foundation in business principles, as well as an understanding of management, leadership marketing, strategy, and organizational dynamics. The BSM program is also available completely online.

    Master of Science in Management (MSM)
    NLU's MSM program is for professionals who seek to develop the interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills needed to lead in complex contemporary organizations. If you're currently managing—or interested in managing— a business, non-profit or government organization, NLU's program can improve your performance as an effective leader.

    Master of Business Administration (MBA)
    NLU's MBA program provides a thorough grounding in the traditional business fields of accounting, economics, finance, marketing and management, as well as the practical problem-solving, team-building and leadership skills needed to succeed in today's global economy. The MBA program is also available completely online.
