CFPR Events

Each year, The Center for Practitioner Research holds two marquee events. Both events are open to the public and attract a wide array of visitors, presenters and participants.

The Practitioner Research Forum, now going on its 10th year running, is a half day of research discussion, sharing and networking. The Center for Practitioner Research will affect education through collaborative scholarship that contributes to knowledge, practice, advocacy and policy in education.

The Fall colloquium is held each year in order to offer practical insight into new methods, research developments, and discussion about practitioner research. The center will be an advocate for practitioner research as an essential form of educational research from which contextual knowledge is created by practitioners in their own settings.
