New Classroom/Office at Andrews Air Force Base
November 2005
Last June, the Northern Virginia/Washington DC campus was assigned permanent office space at the Andrews Air Force Base education office. In November, NLU was also assigned its own classroom space there. This is a major step forward in supporting students and reinforcing NLU's partnership with the base. When NLU first began classes at Andrews in 2000, space in the base education building was at a premium. Over the years, NLU became one of the top providers of on-base education as measured by the numbers of students who were enrolled in its programs. Andrews classes have grown to account for a substantial part of the NV/DC student body in the DC metropolitan area. With new facilities in the education building, the campus expects customer service to students and enrollment numbers to increase now that the campus has an office and classroom to call home.
