The heart of the program is NLU's Bachelor of Science in Management (BSM). The BSM has been designed to develop the managerial skills necessary to lead change in today's rapidly evolving global market place. BSM students identify their leadership strengths and challenges and working closely with our faculty develop the critical thinking, world view, communication, financial and marketing skills that are so prized in the workplace today.
