As Director of the NCE Doctoral Programs, I encourage you to take advantage of our scholarship opportunities.  While we have a limited number of funds, we have been able to provide several doctoral candidates with tuition assistance over the past several years.  The scholarships are primarily designed for candidates in need of financial assistance and the tuition assistance varies from tuition relief for one or two courses per quarter to full scholarships.
