If you are a fully admitted doctoral student, please complete the following information and return it, along with a copy of your 2007 Federal Income Tax form 1040, to:

Your application is due July 25, 2008. The FAFSA application is also required and should be sent to NLU’s Wheeling campus. The information, along with the results from the financial status assessment (FAFSA), will be considered for making scholarship award decisions.

Since priority is given to applicants based on need, if you have extenuating circumstances that reflect your need that would not be evident in the FAFSA application, please discuss those circumstances in detail. Please note that in order to make scholarship award decisions, this information will be shared with the NCE Doctoral Program Directors, who will maintain your confidentiality. This will not be available to any other individuals.
