Directions:Students are asked to provide information about the classrooms in which they completed their practicum experiences. All information must be submitted electronically.  It is important that students submit the information before they have completed their practicum hours.  This information may be shared with future practicum students.  This information will NOT be shared with school officials. A hard copy of the information is not required.
