Welcome to the Department of Diversity in Learning & Teaching in the National College of Education. The department is comprised of the Special Education Program, the Professional Assistant Center for Education (PACE) and the Disability and Equity in Education Doctoral Program (DEE). As a department, we believe in providing individualized instruction for a diverse student population and actively working toward social justice and equity in education. All students can learn and should have access to educational programs that support their diverse learning styles and programs that are taught by a teacher well prepared for the challenges of the 21st century.
