Language for Community Involvement for Advanced ESL Students
The Department of Language Studies offers Language for Community Involvement for Advanced ESL Students to advanced non-native speakers of English to provide language skill enhancement in the context of professional development.
The course engages students to focus on the improvement of reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills through multiple community projects. Students apply their language knowledge as they explore selected destinations and their major fields of interest.
Students may select community project opportunities in the following areas:
